Calculator inputs
The moving cost, moving box, move-in cost and prorated rent calculators perform arithmetic in your browser. The calculator script does not send the amounts or counts you enter to a calculation server or save them in browser storage. No account, payment details, lease upload or home address is required. This describes the calculator script; hosting logs and third-party services may process information about page visits separately.
Use anonymous or illustrative inputs when sharing a calculation. Do not submit an exact address, booking number, complete lease or private financial records when the amounts and calculation method are enough to explain an issue.
Contact messages
The contact form processes the name, email address and message you submit so the site operator can read and respond to your inquiry. Messages may pass through hosting and email providers. For an arithmetic issue, include the page URL, input values and expected result. Avoid sending credentials, bank details, identity documents or other unnecessary personal information.
Technical information
Hosting and security systems may record IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, request times and errors. These records help deliver pages, investigate faults and protect against abuse. Administrator login cookies support WordPress authentication and settings. Public calculator use does not require an administrator login.

Links to moving providers, packing references or other websites lead to independently operated services with their own policies. Those sites may collect information when you visit them. A reference link does not mean Orbixo controls that service or endorses an advertisement shown there.
Access, retention and safeguards
Information needed to operate the site or answer messages may be handled by the site operator and relevant hosting, email, security or advertising providers. Contact records are retained as needed to address the inquiry and maintain necessary business or security records. Provider logs and cookies have their own retention settings. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Requests and changes
Use the contact page for privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion of personal information you have provided. Explain what the request concerns without sending sensitive identity documents. Requests are considered in light of applicable requirements, verification needs and records that must be retained. This policy may be updated when the site’s features or data handling change; the date above identifies this version.
